The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Programme is primarily designed for people who are employed in the construction industry, e.g., those working in large contracting organizations and for commercial developers , the local authority , or the Armed Forces. Such employment is not mandatory, but desirable wherever possible.

Today, major building projects have become much more complex that different organizations are involved in their completion. These organizations need to be coordinated so that, at the planning stage, the designers can communicate relevant information to each other. Likewise, during the construction stage, the various parties involved can work on a coordinated plan.

This program is a result of cooperation between the industrial and academic worlds, and provides a sound foundation for a management career in the construction industry.
