THE PROGRAM The MHRLR program offers students an inter-disciplinary blend of courses and faculty in the areas of human resources management and labor relations.
This program prepares students for careers as practitioners of Human Resource Management and Labor Relations. It incorporates the knowledge in human resources, staffing, labor relations, industrial relations and the practice of handling conciliation and arbitration.
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY A Bachelors Degree in any discipline or An Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with three years of supervisory experience or other equivalent qualifications.
