Master of Arts ( MA) in Psychology

Through this rigorous distance learning mode curriculum you will gain an understanding of counseling theory and the development of psychological testing skills.. This course is a fifth and sixth year program in psychology open to successful graduates of an accredited program in psychology. It provides psychology graduates with ethical values, advanced knowledge and professional skills in psychology, integrated by means of the scientist-practitioner model. Students will be prepared for responsible work as practitioner psychologists and also will be skilled as researchers.

Note: Master's degree requirements in this program do not prepare graduates for licensure as counseling psychologists.

Admission

Normal entry will be based on academic performance and assessment at an interview. Students must have 4 years of undergraduate studies attainable through one of the following:

3 year Bachelor's degree with one year of Psychology course at minimum level second class division B;
OR
Bachelor's degree with an 4 year major study in Psychology;
OR
Bachelor's degree with 3 years major study in Psychology plus satisfactory completion of another year of study of accredited Psychology;
OR
